Phillies Golf Tournament

This will be our biggest fundraiser for the year!

We'll have more information out very soon but expect January or February @ Paso Robles Golf Club.

Potential Dates: January 20, 21, February 3, 4 

March Madness Pool

Players expected to sell squares. Each team will have their own pool.

Proceeds will go directly to tournament fees. 


Corn Hole Tournament / BBQ /  Raffle  

**Organization-wide fundraisers (Golf Tourney & Warehouse Cornhole / BBQ will be split between teams and go toward monthly payments.


**Individual teams are also welcome and encouraged to do any other fundraising and those funds will stay with the specific team. 



25 Weeks of Practice (50 total) - $1000

6 local tournaments ($150 each) - $900

8 Double Headers (16 games) - $400

TOTAL - $2300

**This does not include 2 travel tournaments. We expect Spring Training (March) to be $250-300 per player. Reno or another summer tournament will be similar. 

**Expecting fundraisers & sponsors cover all or most travel tourney fees.

We will require a $500 Deposit by January 22 to secure your roster spot.

The remaining $1800 will be divided up monthly ($300/Month) starting February through July.

*If you can't pay the $500 deposit by Jan 22 let us know.



How to pay:

$500 Deposit, $300 monthly fee, other game/tourney fees should be paid to

@CCPhillies Venmo with a short decription.

Monthly Payment

Due 1st - 3rd of the month

Feburary, March, April, May, June, July




 Fundraising money will be used to offset the $300 monthly fee. 

We will update individual teams monthly fee based on fundraising profits.

Ideally, ALL or MOST of your $300 payments will be covered with fundraising money starting Feb 1.

We will not bring more than 12 players to tournaments. If you're selected to a roster and join the team we're expecting you to be at most (if not all) practices and games. 

If you can't make a tournament or double header, refunds / credits will only be offered if we fill your spot with player paying full price.
