Summer Team Evaluation

Location

Atascadero High School

This evaluation will be ran similar to a Division 1 Prospect Camp.

Position players will run a 60 yard dash and be evaluated on their Defense & Hitting.

Pitchers: 20 Pitch Bullpen to showcase Command, Velocity, and Off-Speed Pitches

Position Players: Throwing Velocity, On-Field Defense & Throwing Evaluation

Hitting: Exit Velocity, Bat Speed, Situational Hitting Circuit

Catchers: PopTimes, Receive - Block - Throw Evaluation

Time:

8th Grade - Seniors (Grad Years 2025-2021)

10:00am-12:00pm - 9:40 arrival*

*ALL CURRENT PHILLIES 8th-12th GRADE SHOULD ATTEND*

*Graduating Seniors will be evaluated for a Graduate/Collegiate team*

Cost:

Current players: $10

All new players- $20

Venmo, Cash, or Check Accepted before or on the 20th

Coaching Staff:

Elliot Stewart - Catching, Hitting

Alec Smith - Strength & Agility, Hitting

Chal Fanning - Arm Care, Throwing Circuit, Bullpens

Alex Hoover - Outfield, Hitting,

Kyle Marinconz - Infield, Hitting

Coach Fanning has been a Pitching Coach and a large part of collegiate recruiting for 20+ years.

Coach Hoover is a former D1, D2, & Junior College Assistant Coach.

He’s ran the offense and recruiting for multiple colleges the last 10+ years.

Kyle Marinconz is a former Cal Poly infielder playing for the Washington Nationals (AA).

Kyle is training at our warehouse and will be working some of our team sessions through March.
